Today we are proud and happy to congratulate Elena Lapshova who is now an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)!
Elena says:
”Several years ago I decided I wanted to help women achieve their goals and become financially independent. I wanted practical knowledge and skills that I could apply from day one. For this reason I chose the Coachutbildning Sverige coaching school.
This was my first stepping stone into this wonderful helping profession. Anja is a great teacher and competent coach who was always a big support during the course.
Since then I have had several additional trainings, received more than 300 hours of work with clients, and more than 20 hours of mentoring, but I always cherish my first experience with real coaching tools at Coachutbildning Sverige.
In 2022 I wanted to test my coaching skills, so I decided to take the first step of the certification. It was the best decision of 2022.
Now I know that my services meet the standards of the largest coaching association and that my clients receive a really high quality coaching.
