Today, we are proud and delighted to congratulate Sharon Green on achieving her ICF ACC certification! Sharon shares:
”I’ve been working for years in Learning and Development and have always been a lifelong learner.
I am fascinated by every facet of human behaviour and psychology. I have studied Neuro- Linguistics, Psychometric testing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and am an Accredited Business Psychologist. I had also qualified as a Business Coach with the Institute of Leadership and Management way back in 2012 but it had not been something I had actively pursued as I truly didn’t think it was “my thing”.
It was my previous boss that recommended I reconsider coaching and to give it a try.
Since that conversation back in 2021, I enrolled on course with Coachutbildning to achieve my ICF Accreditation.
It was during this training that I started to truly fall in love with coaching, not only for the support I could provide with my coachees but also for the medidative, calm environment it created for me to be truly present when with my coachees.
Suspending judgement, listening intently and guiding gently through the noise of whatever was holding them back, I started to see how impactful it was.
I been hooked ever since and am continually looking to develop my knowledge, awareness and curiosity.
I was at the start, a really reluctant coach but now it’s one of the best parts of my role.
