Congratulations Mirjam
We are proud and happy to congratulate Grattis Mirjam Johansson Grant who is now an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)! Mirjam took The Coach Training Program , including individual- and group mentor coaching, with us about a year ago and has during and after the program done 100 hours of coaching and a final test.

During the summer we have shared coaching tools and articles on how coaching is used in differens organisations on LinkedIn. Some of them are in English and some are in Swedish.
The Coach Training Program in English
Do you want to become a better coach? In October The Coach Training Program in Stockholm starts again. The attendees in the programs often work as managers, HR-specialists, consultants, entrepreneurs – as employed or self-employed. They all have in common that they are dedicated to make people grow, create development and make change happen. The program is now Level 1 accredited by International Coaching Federation!
Trainings in Swedish
If you want Coach training in Swedish you are welcome to Coachutbildningen. If you already are a coach and want more skills and tools you are welcome to the trainings CBT tools for coaches or Team-and Group coaching (both in Swedish for the moment).

Idag säger vi varmt grattis och bra gjort till Mirjam Johansson Grant! Mirjam har med bravur tagit sin ICF ACC certifiering och vi är väldigt stolta och glada.
Mirjam säger
”Wow! Certifiering är en härlig milstolpe att passera! Känslan av målgång går nästan att ta på.
När jag med fjärilar i magen slog på datorn för att starta min Coachutbildning på distans (!) senvåren 2020 fanns hundra frågor i huvudet. Hur skulle detta gå mitt under pågående pandemi, skulle alla andra vara bättre förberedda och mer lämpade att coacha än jag, skulle jag själv greja utbildningen…
Ett drygt år senare så stod vi där i kurslokalen med nya vänner för livet och en avklarad diplomering i ryggraden. Tacksamma för de trygga och kunniga coacher som stöttat, utmanat och trott på oss. De som fanns där med lugna stämmor, massor av erfarenhet och bergsäker kompetens att coacha coachen.
Tiden efter kursen när jag själv började jobba präglades av ett av de starkaste minnens från kursen – ”trust the process” – och jag kunde med glädje notera att med ICFs träning, goda intentioner och många pauser för reflektioner så fungerar allt precis så bra (och lite bättre!) som jag önskade.
Tack till Anja, Pernilla och alla andra proffs inom ICF och Coachutbildning Sverige. Jag rekommenderar er varmt till alla som frågar – och önskar alla ett stort lycka till i sin egen coachresa! Enjoy the ride!

Today we are proud and happy to congratulate Fredrik Eng who is now an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)!
Fredrik says:
”My name is Fredrik Eng and I work with leadership development as an internal coach at DICE, a company within Electronic Arts making interactive entertainment, i.e. video games. For me, it has been a gradual transition from starting out professionally as an architect over twenty years ago, via managing people, to now focusing full time on helping other leaders be the best versions of themselves for their teams. As my own core values are very much focused on helping other people and promoting the many benefits of working together, this has been a very smooth transition.
As a step in that process the coach training at Coachutbildning Sverige has been a great way to consolidate and build on my previous skill set. It also works as a platform of alignment for me and the other coaches going forward. The ACC certification will help me feel more confident in the services I provide and can also work to assure the leaders I work with that they are receiving the gold standard in coaching.”
